This Yin Yoga and Sound Healing experience is recorded live in Costa Rica on the Caribbean Coast, it is such a magical experience to practice surrounded by the blessings of the Costa Rican Jungles, steps away from the beach!
Sometimes we could even hear the waves of the ocean while we breathe.
It is a privilege to practice in Pura Vida and we want to share it with all of you to feel the energy of this magical place.
The intention of this class is to allow you to slow down, calm your nervous system and release any stress or tension which is holding you back from shining your light.
