Custom Retreats for Couples offer a special guided experience and safe container to pursue your yogic and/or spiritual interests together. We do not claim to offer couple’s therapy but an experience of a Custom Retreat focussing on what you need and want to learn as a couple can be a deeply enriching and fortifying experience in any relationship.

Below is a quick list of retreat activity options, in your discovery call you will be able to ask any questions you may have and make any requests you would like and we will do our best to accommodate everything which aligns with our work and purpose as guides and teachers. We will also ask you to provide a list of any food allergies, preferences, needs, medications or supplements you are taking as well as a general disclosure of your personal and familial medical history both physical and mental. All food is organic, all accommodations possible *except meat all retreats are vegetarian, primarily vegan, we do accommodate fresh fish when requested

This link is to put down your %50 deposit for a custom designed private couple’s retreat in the Caribbean of Costa Rica, in order to hold the dates and prepare to host you, this deposit must be paid a minimum of 30 days before your retreat dates. (we offer a 5 day grace period for retreats being booked with 60 days or less before the start date)

You are booking for Semi-Private Accommodations, in our home Casa Namaste, 5 minutes or less from la Playa Negra de Talamanca, with your own Beautiful Private Bedroom, garden view and your own magical Bathroom (you will be our only guests). All other details and retreat options to fill your schedule, will be contained in your welcome letter to be received once your deposit is paid.

Deposit is non refundable except in cases of serious emergency or otherwise extenuating circumstances leading to obligatory cancellation in such cases, a partial deposit will be considered. Deposit can always be transferred, in full, towards new dates, other programs online, or healing and mentorship sessions offered by our lead trainers at SAHA.

This Deposit can also be transferred to other dates, programs, or sessions offered by SAHA in non-emergent circumstances leading to cancellation.
