There aren’t words to properly express my experience with SAHA Yoga Teacher Training. It sounds cliché, but it feels like finding home. The team at SAHA exude light and joy and support - and the ability to take this extremely personal journey at my own pace deepened the experience dramatically for me. Eli and Nikki, along with their team of teachers, gently nudge you along the path, encouraging you to find, listen to and honour your inner voice and teacher. They have such humble grace about their knowledge and they make the practice of yoga accessible to everyone. I’m so happy to be a part of the SAHA family and look forward to growing from here - knowing that they’ll always be there for me, any time I need.
